定向运动作为高校公共体育必修课的可行性分析

摘    要:开设定向运动课不仅可以锻炼学生的身体,增强体质,还可培养学生独立分析解决问题以及环境和社会适应能力,对学生的自身健康和能力培养都将产生全面而积极的影响,从另一方面也适应了学校体育教育改革和素质教育发展的需要;分析论证了定向运动列入高校公共体育课的可行性。

Abstract:Orienteering can not only enable the student to develop their physical fitness and mental health,but also can develop their abilities of analyzing and resolving problem by themselves to meet the society.It will actively and fully affect the students on bodies,minds and abilities.On the other hand,it also meets the reform on physical education in school and quality-oriented education.This article aims at providing some theoretical data for taking orienteering as a compulsory public subject for college students.
