| 摘 要： | 通过对“赏识教育”的实质说明，以及对在健美操教学中如何进行“赏识教育”这一问题的阐述，明确了“赏识教育”法不仅能有效地提高健美操教学的质量和效果，而且对于学生形成健康的身心有着十分重要的影响。
