| 摘 要： | 用文献资料等方法对经纪人和体育经纪人的概念进行了论述，简单回顾了我国体育经纪人发展现状，指出了在市场经济体制下，我国体育经纪人快速发展的有利因素，以及发展我国体育经纪人的一些对策，旨在为培养造就我国的职业体育经纪人提供一些决策上的依据．
