本文通过对我国竞技健美操后备人才培养途径的研究,得出了学校(包括训练基地)是我国竞技健美操后备人才培养的主要途径,行业体协、俱乐部是我国竞技健美操后备人才培养的次要途径(社会化途径),提出建立小学(包括健美操培训基地)、儿童中心、少年宫、中学(包括业余体校、传统项目学校、试点学校)、青少年活动中心、青少年培训中心、大学(包括体院、体育系、高水平传统项目学校)、健美操俱乐部、国家集训队的培养模式。
