对我国竞技健美操发展方向及对策的研究

本文通过对国内外竞技健美操比赛情况和竞赛规则等的对比，研究分析了我国竞技健美操的现状及发展趋势。难度动作数量和质量不断提高，成套动作注重编排的艺术性，音乐的选择运用趋于丰富多彩，强调保持健美操项目特色，规定动作可能被取消，缺乏高水平的运动员、教练员队伍。为此提出了发展对策，以缩小我国与国际发展趋势之间的差距，为提高我国竞技健美操运动的发展水平提供理论依据
