我国普通高校网球运动开展现状及对策分析

采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法和文献法,从网球教学、课外活动、高水平运动队建设等方面,分析我国普通高校网球运动开展现状,并提出应当从组织管理部门入手,加强对高校网球运动的重视、投入和调动,加强各高校间网球运动的交流,不断提高和加强网球教师业务能力,积极探索出一套符合高校特点的培养网球运动员的思路和方法,推动我国高校网球运动快速发展。

Present Development Situation of Tennis Movement in Chinese Colleges and Universities and Its Countermeasures

By the methods of survey, expert interview and documentation, this essay analyzes the present development situation of tennis movement in general constitutions. It analyses the development situation of tennis movement from the present tennis teaching, extracurricular activities and the construction of high-level sports teams, then it suggests that we should start from the organization of management department, concentrate more and more investment on high school tennis movement, strengthen inter-college communication about tennis movement,instantly improve teachers' professional skills, so as to come up with a link of methods of cultivating tennis athletes which are in accordance with high school characteristics,and promote our tennis movement in general constitutions.
