| 摘 要： | 竞技体育后备人才的可持续发展是我国体育发展的主题。通过对国内外竞技体育后备人才培养现状及我国现行竞技体育发展模式弊端的分析,认为“体教结合”的后备人才培养模式将成为竞技体育后备人才可持续发展的必然走向。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of the athletic reserved talents is the theme of the Chinese sports development.This article analyzes the reality of the sports reserves talents of China and foreign countries and the disadvantages of nowadays sports development mode.The result show that the mode of combination of sports and education will become the inevitable trend of China athletic reserved talents sustainable development. |
