| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、历史研究、系统分析等研究方法,梳理了新中国成立60多年来竞技体育与群众体育关系的演进历程,分析了阶段性竞技体育与群众体育关系失衡的政治、经济与社会背景,强调指出必须按照科学发展观的要求,调控竞技体育与群众体育的非均衡发展,采取积极有效的措施,促进我国体育事业全面、协调、可持续发展.
