| 摘 要： | 对训练过程进行科学的状态诊断是提高运动员训练水平以及比赛成绩的重要环节。为获得辽宁省网球运动员的机能测试指标的参考值,对辽宁省优秀青少年网球运动员的训练和比赛实施有效的调控,运用文献资料法、实验室测量法、实地调查法对辽宁省优秀青少年网球运动员冬训前体能与体成分、有氧及无氧能力及部分血液生化指标进行了状态测定,掌握辽宁省网球运动员身体机能状态的第一手数据资料,旨在为优化我省网球运动员的训练过程提供科学支持并为全面提高我省网球运动员的竞技水平及运动成绩服务。
