我国体育经纪人的法制监管

为规范我国体育经纪活动健康有序的发展,治理体育经纪市场环境,国家体育管理部门应在分析我国体育经纪人特点、活动类型、组织方式基础上对体育经纪人加强法制监管。法制监管主要应对体育经纪人的准入条件、佣金水平、合同规范、诚实守信等方面进行制度化、公开化和规范化监督和管理。

Physical Brokers Law Management in our Country

In order to ensure the healthy and orderly development of our country's physical brokers and to adjust physical broker market environment,the State Physical Culture Administration should strengthen our legal system to physical brokers on the basic analysis of our country's physical brokers' character,types of activities and organization style.And the law should provide legal supervision over admission of the physical brokers,their commission level,contract norm and their faithfulness etc.And it should be institutionalized,public and standardized.
