简论素质教育背景下体育教学评价理念的更新

体育教育改革，新的学科体系建立，其核心内容之一，便是如何建立适应素质教育的基本要求，有利于学生身心完善，全面发展，有效发挥体育学科教育价值的教学评价观念的问题。作者在分析现有体育学科目标认识上的缺陷和体育教学评价的误区后，以素质教育思想为指导，提出体育教学评价理念的更新，在符合体育教学目标要求的评价原则的基础上，提出具体的评价思路。

The Renovation of the Framework of PE Teaching Evaluation on the Background of Quality Education

The most essential issues in relation to the establishment of the new subject system in physical education reforms lies in how to set up a teaching evaluation framework meeting the basic requirements of quality education and conducive to the integrated development of students' body and mind and effective fulfillment of the educational values of PE subjects. After analyzing the defects in the existing understanding and evaluation of physical education targets, the author suggested that the renovation of PE teaching evaluation framework should follow the guidelines of quality education, and the detailed evaluation principles were put forward.
