| 摘 要： | 我国正处在强调素质教育的阶段。在由“应试教育”向“素质教育”转变过程中,学校体育暴露出一些问题。如何能让学生既轻松愉快,又能学好知识、掌握运动技能,是体育课面临的重要问题,体育教学要树守“健康第一”的思想,贯彻体育与健康教育相结合的方针,培养学生具有终身体育的兴趣和能力。
