| 摘 要： | 为回应体育知识产权的热点问题，中国知识产权法学研究会体育知识产权专业委员会、中国法学会体育法学研究会联合主办体育知识产权若干热点问题研讨会，围绕体育赛事转播中的知识产权保护、体育领域热点问题的国际视点、体育赛事节目的深度链接及GIF动图的版权问题等三个专题展开讨论，研讨会的核心问题是体育赛事节目是否是作品，是否可以受到我国《著作权法》保护。

| Abstract: | In response to hot issues of sports intellectual property rights, the Sports Intellectual Property Subcommittee of China's Intellectual Property Law Association and the Sports Law Association of China Law Society co-sponsored a number of symposiums on hot topics on sports intellectual property rights. The symposium have discussed three thematic projects focusing on the intellectual property rights protection in sports broadcasting, international perspectives on hot issues in sports field and the in-depth links and the copyright issues of GIF animation in sports event programs. The core issue of the symposium is whether the sports events program is works, and whether it can be protected by the copyright law of China. |
