2005~2010年体育教师职后培训组织管理与模式研究

摘    要:“十五”期间中学体育教师职后培训参与状况要好于小学和高校,而小学要好于高校。培训中存在着功利主义思想和培训师资与管理较差等问题。研究认为:2005~2010年体育教师职后培训要弱化过分追逐经济利益的思想,中小学校长要高度重视体育教师的职后培训,授课教师应放弃应付和迎合思想,学员应放弃功利主义思想。培训应选择校本培训和院校培训相结合、学历教育和素质提高并举的模式。

Abstract:The P.E.teachers in middle schools participate in more professional training than those in(elementary) school and high school in the period of TFY Plan(Tenth Five-Year Plan).Problems such as(utilitarianism),un-proficient teachers and poor management exist during the training.From 2005 to 2010,the professional training cannot just pursue excessive economic benefits.The training mode should be the combination of school training and university training,academic education and character education.
