| 摘 要： | 调查研究显示,广西农村学校体育教学现状不容乐观,其制约因素一是教育观念落后和教学管理不到位,二是缺乏场地器材和具备一定专业水平的专、兼职体育教师,三是缺乏适合农村学校体育的教学大纲和教材。为此,各校应抓住机遇,完善管理体制,借助社会力量缓解体育教学器材缺乏问题,转变观念,进一步加强学校体育教育的宣传力度,加大学校体育师资队伍的培养和管理力度。

| Abstract: | Researches showed that the current P.E.of rural schools in Guangxi province is far from satisfaction.The main restrictive factors are outdated teaching concepts,inadequate teaching management,lack of facilities and proficient P.E.teachers and lack of teaching guide and materials suitable for the P.E.teaching in rural schools.Therefore,the rural schools should perfect the management system,provide more sports facilities under the social help,change teaching concepts and reinforce the training of P.E.teachers. |
