社区民间体育团队组织的生存与发展——透视上海“鲁迅公园现象”

在剖析上海“鲁迅公园现象”的基础上，阐述了社区体育团队组织生存和发展必需的内外环境。认为政府远距离关注比近距离控制效果更好，团队活动外环境是刺激参与的重要因素，相对集中的活动会激发人们的从众心理，热心公益的指导者是团队生存关键条件。自我运作是团队稳定和发展的基本保障；制约社区体育团队组织发展的主要因素是社会中介组织缺失使团队缺乏行业管理，政策法规滞后使团队发展缺乏有效支撑，指导队伍不足使团队运作缺乏骨干队伍，场地设施缺乏使团队缺乏日常活动基地。

Survival and development of community sports groups and organizations——As seen from Sports Activities Carrying on in Lu Xun Park

Internal and external envrionments for the survial and the development of the community sports groups and organizations througn analysis of the sports activities carried on Lu Xun Park in Shanghai showed that the activities were done better when the government did not control them but supported them. People liked to participate in the collective activities. Sports instructors enthusiastic in non-profitable instructions were the key to the survival of the sports groups and organizaitons. Self-operation ensured the healthy development of them. At present, professional management was not in operation due to the lack of social intermediate agents. The limited regulations and policies did not give enough support to the sports groups and organizations. There were not enough sports instructors. Moreover, there were not enough grounds and facilities for the daily activities.
