校市共建共享的高校体育场馆管理模式研究

高校体育场馆主要功能是为高校体育教学和学生的课余体育锻炼提供场地和设施,同时也可向社会开放以满足社会民众对体育锻炼的需要以及获取一定的经济收益。作为校市共建的体育场馆,面向学校内部和社会同时开放是运营管理的必然选择。可通过拓宽筹资渠道、走市场化经营模式、处理好体育教学与有偿经营的关系、提高管理人员的管理水平及引进高水平的体育赛事等方式加强对校市共建共享的高校体育场馆的管理运营,在保证高校教学与学生课余锻炼的基础上实现社会效益和经济效益的"共赢"。

Research on Management Model of College Sports Venue Co-constructed and Shared by College and City

The main function of college sports venues is providing venues and facilities for college sports teaching and students＇ extracurTicular physical exercise, opening for the public in order to meet the people＇s needs of physical exercise, and obtaining certain economic benefits. As the sports venues co-constructed by college and city, the operation management of facing inside the school and opening for the society at the same time is the inevitable choice. The management operations of college sports venues co-constructed and shared by college and city could be strengthened by the ways of broadening the financing channels, building market-oriented management model, dealing well with the relation between sports teaching and paid management, improving the management level of management personnel and introducing high level sports events to the venue, the social benefit and economic benefit could be realized on the basis of guaranteeing the college teaching and the extracurricular physical exercises of students.
