| 摘 要： | 为更好地贯彻落实《国家学生体质健康标准》,采用文献资料、测试法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对影响高校学生健康状况的教学因素进行分析,提出了高校学生体质健康监测工作关系到创新人才培养;发挥高校体育课程文化优势;拓展高校体育教学内容与方法;构建以终身健康为目标的课程体系等观点。

| Abstract: | To better implement the ＂national students physical health standard＂, using the literature material, test method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, factors influencing the teaching of the health status of university students were analyzed. It was proposed that the monitoring of university students＇ physique health is related to the training of innovative talent; the advantages of college sports curriculum culture should be given full play to; content and methods of colleges and universities sports teaching should be expanded; a course system as the goal for the whole life health should be constructed. |
