| 摘 要： | 提出了奥运会组织管理的新构想：奥运会借助于政治等异化力量求其发展；提倡国家办奥运而非个人主办；现代科技介入奥运会，对其实施组织管理；两国或多国联办奥运会；平衡夏季奥运会和冬季奥运会的项目；奥林匹克运动应轻竞技体育，重大众体育。

| Abstract: | The author proposes that the organization and management of the Olympic Games should have a new concept. The Olympic Games should depend on the politics and other powers for its development. It should be held by a nation instead of by an individual. Modern science and technology should be used in the organization and management of the Olympic Games. It also can be held by two or more nations. Items of the winter and summer Olympic Games should be balanced. Mass sports instead of competitive sports should be stressed. |
