| 摘 要： | 针对体育课堂教学中学生的个体差异和不同需求,在初中体育课中实施"分层教学",确保让每一个学生受益.结果表明,分层教学是一种有效的教学方法,能够激发学生参与体育运动兴趣,使之变被动为主动学习,切实提高课堂教学的实效性;有利于身体素质好的学生掌握和提高运动的技术技能,也有利于身体素质差的学生增强体质.

| Abstract: | According to the school sports teaching needs and individual differences, layered teaching is implemented in the P. E. teaching of junior high schools. The research shows that layered teaching is an effective teaching method which can stimulate students' interest in sports, improve the effectiveness of teaching, improve the body quality and students' mastering the skill. |
