| 摘 要： | 以终身体育思想为指导思想，重新构建了按系统、分层次、课内外一体化的高职高专学校体育课程教学模式，旨在以终身体育为主线，培养学生具有终身体育的兴趣，终身体育的观念，坚持锻炼的意识、习惯和能力，最终形成运动习惯的心理基础。

| Abstract: | Vocational school P.E. model integrated with i n -school and ex-curricular sports activities was established according to diffe rent systems,levels with the guidance of ideology of lifetime sports. The purpos e was to arouse the students' interest in lifetime sports,form the habit of doi ng physical exercises. |
