| 摘 要： | 我国竞技体育后备人才的培养,自建国以来经历了多次改革。"体教结合"是当前正在探索的一条新路。如何使这一新生事物得以健康发展,需要多边研究和探索,解决存在的问题,进行扶持和帮助。从上海市中小学竞技体育后备人才培养体系的政策保障、竞赛组织与管理以及经费管理等视角进行探讨,引用大量调查所获得的材料进行分析和思考,提出观点和提供思路,以引起专家、决策部门以及相关人员的重视。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of competitive sports reserves in China has undergone several reforms. Intergration of sports and education is a new way,which is being explored.How to help it develop healthily is a question that needs to be discussed and studied.The paper focuses on the policy guarantee of the reserves cultivation system,competition organization and management,fund management,etc.It analyzes the materials collected in the investigation.It sets forth the authors' views and thoughts so as to attract the attention of the experts and the decision-makers. |
