上海市社区体育协会发展实录

以上海市社区体育协会为研究对象，主要从协会的成立、发展和未来挑战3个方面分析该协会不断引导社区体育社会组织勇于探索创新，积极寻求适应社区体育发展的模式，并总结出在社区体育社会组织运作中存在的主要问题：（1）独立性和自治性还不够；（2）影响力和号召力还不强；（3）品牌化和经营化还不足。针对3个方面的问题提出相应的对策：（1）准确认识社区体育社会组织的功能定位；（2）健全完善社区体育社会组织的运行机制；（3）开拓创新激活社区体育发展机制。

Development of the Community Sports Associations in Shanghai

Taking the Shanghai community sports associations as the subjects and from the three aspects of the associations'' foundation, development and future challenges, the paper elaborates on the associations'' effort of guiding the community sports social organizations in exploration and innovation and actively seeking for a model suitable for the development of community sports. It sums up the existing problems in the operation of the community sports social organizations such as the insufficient independence and self-governance, relatively lower influence and appeal and lower level of branding and operation. Therefore, the countermeasures are put forward as follows, 1) Correctly recognizing the functional position of community sports social organizations; 2) Optimizing the operation mechanism of community sports social organizations; 3) Continuing innovations to activate community sports development mechanism.
