| Abstract: | By the methods of literature study, interview and questionnaire, the author made a comparative study on the training and competition of the sports reserves in Shanghai and in some other countries. Using the experience of those countries for reference, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of sports reserves in schools and universities in China. |
