| 摘 要： | 通过对大学体育教学改革实施现状的调查研究和理论分析 ,提出建立以增强体质、提高体育能力为主的课程目标体系 ,应为体育教改的目标取向 ;多种教学管理模式并存 ,是实现大学体育教育系统化、全程化的根本保证 ;教学内容体系和评价方法的完善 ,不但要适应课程多元化发展趋势 ,便有利于教学目标的实现。
