| 摘 要： | 高等学校在培养优秀竞技体育人才方面具有强大教育和科研功能。为培养21世纪需求的高素质的竞技体育人才，体育系统应教育与主体相结合，做到优势互补。建立起以高等体育教育院校为主体，高校办单项体育俱乐部、竞技体育专业等多元化形式培养竞技体育后备人才的体制。 |

| Abstract: | The practice shows that the university has powerful function of education and scientific research at training a person of excellent sports ability.For training a person of excellent sports ability tallying with the needs of 21 century, the sports system must be combined with the education system,their advantages should be replenished to each other.We should establish the variety forms of training basis system of excellent sports ability that take the physical college of university as body,university should host the athletic club of the individual event and sports specialty,etc. |
