中德两国中小学体育教学的比较

摘    要:德国的一些做法值得我国借鉴:颁布的学校体育政策更注意加强中央政府与地方的合作关系,弥补了集中统一管理与地方政府管理的不足;体育教学目标除了有整体目标外,在各个年级还有年级目标;没有统一的体育教学大纲,各州按照自己的实际和需要制定大纲;教学内容和方法着重在能力的培养上;教学评价多样化,重视过程性评价和个体评价。

Abstract:Some of the practices of Germany are worthy of our reference: The issued scholastic physical education policies pay more attention to strengthening the cooperative relation between the central government and local government,and make up the deficiency of centralized and unified management and local governmental management;besides there are overall objectives for physical education teaching,various classes have their own objectives for physical education teaching;there is no unified physical education teaching syllabus-all the states establish a syllabus in accordance with their own reality and need;as for teaching contents and methods,more attention is paid to ability development;teaching evaluation is diversified,and process evaluation and individual evaluation are regarded highly.
