| 摘 要： | 对湖北省体育教研员选拔与考评机制的现状研究后发现,体育教研员的选拔与考评机制普遍存在着单一、松散的问题,应建立一套基层推荐、考核聘用与行政任命相结合,"绩""效"考核评价相结合的选拔考评体系,推动我国体育教研员队伍的建设与发展。

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed the current state of the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers in Hubei province,found that the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers had such common problems as being undiversified and floppy,and proposed that we should establish a set of complete and scientific selection and evaluation systems,in which the candidates are recommended by basic units,evaluation and employment are combined with administrative appointment,and "performance" evaluation is combined with "effect" evaluation,so as to boost the construction and development of the physical education instructor and researcher team in China. |
