| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调查、田野实证等方法,对世居东北的10个少数民族所拥有的约200多个民族传统体育项目进行了系统研究,探求项目的渊源并对其进行分类和归纳。在概述东北少数民族自然环境、经济、文化的基础上,分析了东北少数民族传统体育项目所具有的特征,提出了民族传统体育的传承和发展以及对全民健身、学校体育、竞技体育的意义和作用。

| Abstract: | This paper was a systematic research into over 200 kinds traditional sports inherited by 10 minority nationalities who live in northeast for generations. It also studied on the origin of the traditional sports and their classification. The research was carried out by the method of documents investigation and tests in real field. Based on a survey of the natural environment, economy and culture, an analysis of traditional sports' features was presented and the importance of inheriting and developing traditional sports to all-people's fitness, physical education in school, and competing sport was established. |
