中国加入WT O 后体育产业面临的机遇与挑战

中国加入WTO后，客观上将促进国内政治、经济体制的深层改革，促进体育的产业化进程；国家对外开放的扩大，带来的大量投资机遇，将加速体育产业的进一步社会化。但体育产业制度的滞后、体育市场法规的不健全、体育产业管理体制的不顺对体育产业提高竞争力、参与国际竞争形成制度上的制约；同时由于体育产业制度的幼稚，会加大制度创新的成本，延缓制度创新、制度变迁的进程。中介环节的薄弱将导致国外中介集团对中国体育市场的垄断，进而影响着中国体育产业未来的发展空间。对此，提出相应发展对策。

CHALLENGE AND OPPORTUNITY OF SPORT INDUSTRY IN CHINA AFTER ITS ENTERINGWTO

The development of sport industry will be accelerated in China after its entering WTO.Also the development of sport industry will be obstructed not only because of the detained institution of sport industry,imperfect laws and regulations of sport market but also because of the high cost of system innovation as well as the delayed course of system innovation and transition caused by the immature institution of sport industry.The weak intermediary link will lead to the monopolization of Chinese sport market by foreign intermediary groups,which would limit the developmental space of Chinese sport industry.Corresponding countermeasures were also put forward.
