On the Illegality of the Politicalization of Beijing Olympic Games——Spielberg Issue from the Perspective of International Law of Human Rights

The Beijing Olympic Games has nothing to do with the humanitarian crisis of Darfur. But by the hands of some political forces, these two have been connected together irrelatively and bring out the issue of Spielberg which pushes the politicalization of Beijing Olympic Games to its peak. On the international law of human rights, the right of sports has been established for quite a long time. Every government, international organization and individual shall protect and preserve the right of sports. Any form of politicalization of Beijing Olympic Games shall be condemned by the international community.
