| 摘 要： | 长期以来，国际体育运动中的人权一直是个被忽略的问题，而其也应当属于国际人权法研究的范围。体育权已被认为是一项人权，作为人权基础的自由、平等和不歧视同样可以被视为体育权的基础。儿童、妇女、残疾人等弱势群体参与体育运动的权利应当得到特殊的关照，而第三代人权则与参与体育运动的权利关系更为密切。联合国组织和国际奥委会在以上方面进行的合作促进了体育权的实现。

| Abstract: | The human right in international sports has been ignored for a long time,and it should also be the subject matter of international hu-man rights research.The right to sports has been recognized as one kind of human rights,and freedom,equality and non-discrimination are also the foundation of sports right.The right of sports of vulnerable groups such as children,women,refugees and handicapped should be received spe-cial attention.And there is a closer connection between the third generation of human rights and the right to sport.In a word,the cooperation be-tween the United Nations and International Olympic Committee promotes the realization of sports right. |
