如何理解100 m全程速度曲线的"单高峰"和"双(多)高峰"现象

摘    要:究竟该如何理解优秀运动员在100 m跑中所呈现的"单高峰"和"双(多)高峰"现象,究竟是哪种曲线代表了今后100 m速度变化的趋势.为此在参阅有关文献的基础上对上述问题做了较为系统地研究,认为:100 m速度曲线中所呈现的"单高峰"和"双(多)高峰"现象是人体生理、生化特点,运动员的竞技能力以及个性特征等多方面因素综合作用的结果;是人们向速度更高峰迈进过程中不可避免的现象;简单的定论"单高峰"或"双(多)高峰"速度曲线代表了今后100 m速度变化的趋势是没有充分理解这些现象形成的机制所造成的结果.

Abstract:By now, people have not come to an unanimous conclusion in such problems as how to evaluate the "single-peak" and "double (many)-peaks" phenomena appearing in the 100m.race of the elite runners and what kind of velocity curve represents the future trend of the changes of velocity in the 100m.race. Therefore, based on literature consultation the above problems were studied systemically. It was considered that the "single-peak" and "double (many)-peaks" phenomena appearing in the velocity curve of the 100m.race are the physiological and biochemical characteristics, which are the results of the integration of various factors, such as athletic performance and personality characteristic etc. They are the unavoidable phenomena of the runners in the course of striding forward to a higher peak of velocity. That the "single-peak" and "double (many)-peaks" velocity curves represent the future trend of the changes of velocity in the 100m.race is the simple conclusion drawn by those who do not fully understand the mechanism of these phenomena.
