| 摘 要： | 研究采用已翻译和检验的运动员<流畅状态量表>对83名技能表现类项群运动员进行了调查,结果发现在流畅心理状态的9个特征中,精确的反馈、挑战-技能平衡、清晰的目标、高度控制感和注意力集中是五个主要特征;运动等级是技能表现类项群运动员流畅心理状态差异的影响因素;技能表现类项群运动员流畅心理状态总体达到中上水平,流畅心理状态优秀型运动员占总人数的60.2%,良好型运动员占总人数的39.8%.

| Abstract: | Eighty-three athletes from the skill-showing category are investigated with the flow state scale(FSS), which has been translated in Chinese and verified before. The results shows the five most important items in all nine characteristics of flow state scale are unambiguous feedback, challenge-skill balance, clear goals, sense of control and concentration on task at hand, respectively. Sport grade is a leading factor for the difference of flow state between athletes from the skill-showing category. The flow state of the crew achieves a middle-superior level, 60.2% of them belong to excellent athletes, and 39.8% belong to well athletes. |
