体育院校技术学科建设的现状、问题及出路

对国家体委直属体育院校技术学科的研究表明,术科师资队伍近亲繁殖严重,高级职称老龄化,高学历较少,工作量不足,发展后劲受到影响;体育院校的术科建设面临理论上的缺陷和实践中的困境,难以胜任高等学校在实施科教兴国战略中所肩负的重任。应站在建立技术科学体系的高度来认识体育院校术科建设,构建新的体育技术学科群。

Present Situation, Problems and Solution of Technical Course Constructionin PE Colleges and Universities

Researches on the technical courses in PE colleges and universities directly under the State Commission of Physical Education and Sport showed that among the teachers of technical courses there is a seriousphenomenon of "inbreeding". Many of those, who have got higher academic titles are of old age and there areless teachers, who have the higher record of formal schooling. They are lacking in work loads. Therefore,the reserve strength for development is affected. The construction of technical courses in PE colleges and universities is faced with defects in theory and difficulties in practice. It is hard to be competent at the importanttasks of institutions of higher learning in carrying out the strategy"making the nation prosperous by scienceand technology". The construction of technical courses in PE colleges and universities must be recognized fromthe standpoint of setting up a technical science system, and a new course group of sports technique must beformed.
