| Abstract: | Carbon nanotubes and semiconductor (quasi) one-dimensional nanomaterials are the central building blocks for the next generation of nanoscale electronic devices, and are important for the development and realization of nanoelectronics. This work is focused on the preparation and functionalization of nanoscale materials and fabrication of nanoscale devices. |
