China's Consanguineous Law: the Logic of Ethical Relation and Its Value--Another Explanation of the Cultural Principle of Traditional Chinese Law

In traditional Chinese culture of law, the legal norm shows a kind of interpersonal social pattern that is based on blood ties. Its theoretical logic follows the path from normal human relation, reason, rites, to punishment.
