在实施《体育与健康》课程标准的今天,体育教学的形式发生了根本性的变化,广大体育教师不断创新,从育人的角度出发,以“健康第一”的教育教学思想为指导,优化体育教学过程,创新体育教学方法,真正做到统而不死,活而不乱的科学式的放羊教学,“科学放羊”是学生在教师的引导下,积极主动地参与课堂教学活动,充分自由地舒展身心,锻炼身体,表现自己。既有一定的组织纪律性,又有较大的自由度的一种教学方法,与美国教育家杜威倡导的“儿童中心论”产生“放羊式教学”有着本质的区别。
