| 摘 要： | 我国公共体育场馆管理面临着现有存量较少与新建场馆奢华、人们日益增长的需求与使用效率低下、固有的公共产品属性与过多从事非本体产业开发等诸多矛盾，它们成为了我国公共体育场馆管理难以破解的重大难题．从产权经济学的角度分析认为，创新我国公共体育场馆产权制度、开启民营化的改革方向将是我国公共体育场馆深化发展的必由之路。
