POEMS综合征

目的 对我院的５例ＰＯＥＭＳ患者进行分析并进行文献复习。方法 报告各患者的临床表现体征之特点、实验室检查及病理结果，结合近５年国外文献进行发发病机制及治疗方面的讨论。结果 ５例患者的确诊经过了５月～２年不等的时间，临床上有心梗、伴有锥体束征、血小板显著增高等少见表现。结论 ＰＯＥＭＳ综合征是多系统的病变，应注意哆系统的检查，尤其是神经系统的检查，这样或许能减少该病的误诊。

POEMS syndrome

Objective Five patients with POEMS syndorme were analyzed in clinical symptoms and medical progressions on POEMS syndrome were reviewed. Methods The character of clinical expressions and signs in the 5 patients with their results of laboratory and pathology were reported. Pathogenesis and treatment of POEMS in recent 5 years were discussed. Result Some rare symptoms were discribed in this paper,such as myocardial infarction,pyramidal tract sign( ),thrombocythemia and so on. Conclusion POEMS syndrome is a multisystem disorder associatd with plasma cell dyscrasia. Multiple system examination should be performed,especially in nervous system,to prevent from misdiagnosis.
