| 摘 要： | 目的观察大脑中动脉穿支供血区单发脑梗死依据CISS分型情况,及LDL-C、超敏-C反应蛋白水平与不同分型间的关系。方法连续入选100例急性大脑中动脉穿支供血区单发脑梗死患者,依据CISS分型进行二次分型,同时测定LDL-C、超敏-C反应蛋白水平,比较不同分型组间的LDL-C、超敏-C反应蛋白水平。结果根据CISS分型二次分型后,穿支动脉病变型63例,大动脉粥样硬化型37例,大动脉粥样硬化型比例为37%。其中穿支动脉型组LDL-C水平为(3. 08±0. 92) mmol/L,大动脉粥样硬化型组LDL-C水平为(3. 50±0. 88) mmol/L,存在统计学差异(P <0. 05);穿支动脉型组超敏-C反应蛋白水平为(3. 36±2. 30) mmol/L,大动脉粥样硬化型组超敏-C反应蛋白水平为(6. 85±2. 08) mmol/L,存在统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论依据CISS分型大动脉粥样硬化型LDL-C及超敏-C反应蛋白水平均高于穿支动脉型,二次分型为大动脉粥样硬化型患者无论LDL-C水平如何均应强化调脂治疗,临床工作中应更广泛的采取CISS病因分型。
