纳美芬对急性重型颅脑损伤疗效的临床观察

目的探讨纳美芬对急性重型颅脑损伤的治疗效果。方法重型颅脑损伤患者134例，入院后随机分为纳美芬治疗组和对照组，观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的生命体征、颅内压变化、觉醒时间，治疗后第7天的GCS及伤后90d的GOS等。结果与对照组比较，纳美芬组患者的心律异常和呼吸异常者的比例明显减少（P〈0．05），出现高颅内压的比例明显减少（P〈0．05）；纳美芬组觉醒时间为（10．1±1．45）d，对照组为（12．4±2．58）d，两者差异显著（P〈0．01）；两组患者治疗后第7天的GCS及伤后90d的GOS比较也差异显著（P〈O．05）。结论纳美芬可有效改善急性重型颅脑损伤患者的预后。

Clinical observation of curative effect of nalmefene on the patients with acute severe brain injury

Objective To explore the curative effect of nalmefene on the patients with acute severe brain injury. Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with acute severe brain injury were randomly divided into nalmefene treatment （n=68） and control （n=66） groups. The curative effects were analyzed and compared between both the groups after the treatment. Result The curative effects （including the indices of vital sign, conscious state, limb movements, intracranial pressure, mortality and GOS） were significantly better in nalmefene treatment group than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prognoses in the patients with acute severe brain injury may be significantly improved by nalnefene used during the acute phase.
