| 摘 要： | 静脉溶栓是治疗缺血性卒中有效的方法。出血转化是静脉溶栓后严重的并发症之一。溶
栓后出血评分是评估缺血性卒中患者溶栓后出血转化发生率的预测模型，它的3项评价指标分别为
卒中患者的血糖水平、卒中后临床严重程度及影像学数据。本文介绍了溶栓后出血评分的3项预测因
素与溶栓后出血转化的关系，并对该评分的临床应用及进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Intravenous thrombolysis is an effective treatment way of acute ischemic stroke (AIS).
Hemorrhagic transformation (HT) is a serious complication in AIS patients treated with intravenous
thrombolysis. The hemorrhage after thrombolysis (HAT) score is a predictive model for evaluating
the risk of HT after intravenous thrombolysis. The HAT score includes three related risk factors
for HT: blood glucose levels, stroke severity (per NIHSS) and imaging data on admission. This
article reviewed the relation of the three risk factors of HAT score to the symptomatic intracerebral
hemorrhage in patients treated by intravenous thrombolysis, the progress and clinical application of
this HAT score. |
