针对甲状腺手术留置针时效性的个性化护理研究

目的探讨个性化健康教育对甲状腺癌手术患者留置针留置时间及相应并发症的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年5月间我院收治的甲状腺癌,且于我院行手术治疗的患者共80例,将其以数字随机表法的分组形式平均分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。给予对照组患者常规护理措施,于此基础上给予观察组患者个性化健康教育护理,对比两组患者静脉留置针留置时间及相应并发症产生情况。结果观察组患者留置针留置时间明显长于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生几率明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌术后患者护理中使用个性化健康教育护理模式可有效延长留置针留置时间,减少并发症产生,给临床治疗带来极大便利,值得于临床中进一步推广使用。

Individualized Nursing Research on the Timeliness of Indwelling Needle in Thyroid Surgery

Objective To explore the impact of personalized health education on the indwelling time of the speaking indwelling needle and the corresponding complications in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 80 postoperative thyroid cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group in the form of random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,and on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given personalized health education and nursing.The indwelling time of the intravenous indwelling needle and the corresponding complications were compared between the two groups.Result The indwelling time of the indwelling needle in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a significantly lower incidence of complications than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized health education nursing model in postoperative care of patients with thyroid cancer can effectively prolong the indwelling time of the indwelling needle,reduce the occurrence of complications,and bring great convenience to clinical treatment.It is worthy of further promotion and use in clinical practice.
