银杏叶提取物注射液治疗突发性耳聋的有效性及药理作用分析

目的观察银杏叶提取物注射液治疗突发性耳聋的有效性及药理作用分析。方法选取我院自2019年1月~2020年6月收治的突发性耳聋患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。两组均进行常规治疗和辅助治疗,对照组采取静脉滴注丹参注射液联合低分子右旋糖酐氨基酸注射液治疗,实验组采取静脉银杏叶提取物注射液联合低分子右旋糖酐氨基酸注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗发现,实验组有效率97.5%,显著高于对照组82.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组出现恶心呕吐不良反应仅1例,不良反应发生率为2.5%;对照组出现4例恶心呕吐、2例乏力以及2例头晕,不良反应发生概率为20.0%。实验组不良反应发生概率显著低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋采用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗对提高治疗有效率有显著效果,并且不良反应发生概率低,值得临床推广使用。

Efficacy and pharmacological effects of Ginkgo biloba extract injection in the treatment of sudden deafness

Objective To observe the efficacy and pharmacological effect of Ginkgo biloba extract injection in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 80 patients with sudden deafness in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment and adjuvant treatment.Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous drip of Danshen injection combined with low molecular dextran amino acid injection,while patients in the experimental group were treated with intravenous Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with low molecular dextran amino acid injection,once a day.The treatment period of both groups was 10 days.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.5%,P<0.05).There was only 1 case of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.5%;in the control group,4 cases of nausea and vomiting,2 cases of fatigue and 2 cases of dizziness,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 20.0%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection in the treatment of sudden deafness has a significant effect on improving the effective rate of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
