109对母婴叶酸营养状况观察

摘    要:配对观察109对母婴间叶酸的营养状况,发现孕产妇叶酸低于正常组,有显著性差异(P<0.0001)。其中孕产妇叶酸降低者有97例(88.99%)。母婴叶酸同时降低者有89对(81.65%)。经多元回归分析,婴儿叶酸与孕产妇叶酸呈极显著正相关。但脐血叶酸水平仍高于孕产妇血叶酸水平,两者有显著性差异(P<0.001)。

THE OBSERVATION ON THE LEVELS OF SERUM FOLIC ACID IN PUERPERA AND NEWBORN IN PAIRS
Abstract:Abstract: Folio acid .(Fa) is a necessary coenzyme for syntheses of nucleic acid and nucleoprotein incells. When there is a lack of it or disturbance of its metabolism, the syntheses of DNA incell nucleus would be defected, which influences the development of blood cells in bone marrow and then causes anemia. That the lack of maternal FA may induce infant deformity wasreported in references. FA nutrient status in 109 pairs of puerperas and newborns was observed, the level of puerpera FA was lower than that of normal group, with statistically significant defference (P <0. 0001). Of 109 puerperas, 97 cases (88. 99%) had a lower FAlevel. Of 109 pairs, 89 pairs (81. 65 % ) of both mother and infant had a lower FA level. Theresults showed that FA deficiency in puerpera is rather common. It may be due to the increased demand of FA during pregnancy. The significant positive relation between the FAlevels of puerperas and newborns was showed by polybasic regression analyses. It meansthat the level of umbilical blood FA relied upon the level of puerpera blood FA. Furthermoreour data showed that FA in puerper.a is although deficient, FA level in umbilical blood ishigher than that of puerpera blood FA, with statistically significant difference (P <0. 001).
