| 摘 要： | 目的观察孟鲁司特钠治疗老年慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果。方法将48例老年慢性喘息性支气管炎患者随机分成对照组22例,给予低流量吸氧、抗感染、化痰止咳及解痉平喘治疗;治疗组26例在此基础上,加入孟鲁司特钠每晚10mg口服治疗。分别于治疗后14d评价两组临床疗效,并检测治疗前和治疗后14、28d肺功能FEV1%（第一秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比）、FVC（用力肺活量）及PEF（呼气流速峰值）。结果孟鲁司特钠治疗组总有效率92.31%,而对照组为68.18%,两组比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;肺功能FEV1%、FVC及PEF明显改善,优于对照组。结论孟鲁司特钠对老年慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作疗效显著,且安全、快捷。
