军事辐射医学若干问题的思考

军事医学是医学中的一个重要分支。建国以来，围绕相应任务需求，我国军事医学研究获得了长足进步和发展，取得了一系列成就。进入21世纪后，由于国际战略形势发生变化，我国所处的军事环境也发生了新的改变，因此我国的军事医学研究战略和规划也在进行适应性调整。本文对军事辐射医学研究中的系列问题进行分析和思考，提出在阐明电磁辐射生物效应与作用机制的基础上，通过医学手段提升电磁辐射环境下军事作业能力尤其是神经认知功能的研究思路，建议以“狠抓神经、主攻认知、增强免疫、提高军事作业能力”为指导思想，围绕电磁辐射尤其是复杂电磁环境下军事作业能力的提升进行重点布局，为通过医学手段提升复杂电磁环境下军事作业能力奠定基础，为在新军事变革时期提升现代军事后勤中的医学保障水平提供参考。

Contemplation on the military radiation medicine research

Military medicine is an important branch of medicine. Since the establishment of new China, there have been a lot of significant and remarkable achievements in our country. In the 21^st century, the military medicine research has been undergone an adaptive change because the international strategic environment has been changing. In this paper, the study on military radiation medicine is introduced and discussed in order to work out a roadmap for military medicine research. The biological effects and mechanisms of the electromagnetic radiation should be clearly elucidated before developing by the strategy of improving the physical ability of military operation, where the neurocognitive effects should be taken into serions consideration. It is further proposed that the ＂focusing on the brain in general and on cognition in particular, enhancing the immune function and improving the military operation ability＂ may be considered as the guidelines for studies. Major efforts should be devoted to improving the military operation ability under the electromagnetic radiation, especially the complex electromagnetic radiation. These thinkings can facilitate military medical studies in order to improve national defense power in the new era of modern military logistic reform.
