摘    要:用图象分析仪测定了8种动物甲状腺随机切片的显微照片(经涂墨加工),获得了该组织胶体的二维平面的图象数据。根据体视学原理计算了与胶体有关的几何学参数值,包括体积密度、表面积密度、平均自由程、数密度、平均体积、平均表面积、平均半径以及三维空间截线平均长度。结合对滤泡上皮细胞高、宽的测量结果,进一步计算了与滤泡有关的上述参数值。分析表明,甲状腺对碘的代谢功能与表征胶体结构的5项参数值显著相关。综合胶体的8项参数,各类动物可构成各自的种系星座图;分类判别有很高的正确判别率。

Abstract:The microphotographs, proceeded by printing ink, of random sections cut from thyroid tissues of 8 species of animals were measured by Image Analyser (Quantimet 720), the two-dimensional image data of thyroid colloid on sections were obtained. Three-dimensional parameters, including volume density, surface density, mean free distance, numerical density, mean volume, mean surface, mean radius and three-dimensional mean intercept length for polydispersed colloids, were derived according to the principles of stereology. Combining the height and width of follicular epithelium, the parameters listed above were also derived. The statistical analysis showed that the iodine metabolic function of thyroid had significant relations with the values of 5 parameters charaterizing the colloid structure. Using the method of mathematical translation, the characters of 8 parameters could be synthesized in a chart which showed the differences between species or individuals. Thus the species of sample may be determined by the stepwise discriminant method.
