Advance in study on phage peptide libraries

Phage peptide libraries are constructed using chemically synthesized degenerated oligonucleotides which are cloned into phage. Peptides are expressed on the surface of phage in the form of fused proteins. We apply the bio panning affinity selection method to screen it. With the development of phage display libraries, it might be applied extensively in many fields of research.
